PLS Financial Services, Inc. seeks Manager of Payment Products in Chicago, IL. Will manage current payment products and foster innovative ideas for exploring new channels and markets, developing new products, and cross-selling products. Will benchmark PLS' products against the competition, identifying improvement opportunities across several dimensions, including product features, pricing, and customer experience. Work closely with the Marketing team to develop a robust customer lifecycle platform and product marketing plan. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. 5 yrs of exp with payment's product management, product development, and/or managing products within financial services; Ability with utilizing customer insights and providing feedback to drive decisions; leveraging analytics and applying consumer knowledge to identify opportunities; understanding customer needs and the market landscape; and 5% national travel to other store locations for store visits and meetings.
